FemSoc encourages debate and discussion around a wide range of feminist issues. As 'the personal is political', topics explored on a Thursday lunchtime are varied including (but by no means limited to): mental workload, abortion rights, the representation of women in film, care roles within the family unit, consent, the term 'feminism' itself, #MeToo, period poverty, diversity/lack of diversity within sports and the tampon tax.
